As you may or may not be aware, AWS (Amazon Web Services) experienced a serious outage this morning that will continue to impact several services and websites throughout the day. While our core functionality is currently operational and we will still be delivering, you should expect issues like some orders not integrating automatically (Toast, for example, is still experiencing major issues and these orders aren’t hitting our dashboards).

We ask that you please have your staff manually enter any order that doesn’t appear automatically, and to please monitor the banners on the dashboards for any relevant updates. We’re also hard at work ensuring this outage doesn’t affect our operations today.
