To access Relay, please go to the weblink admin.relay.delivery from any device with a browser (phone, tablet, POS, computer, etc.)
Login with the password you created upon receiving our registration link.
(Check spam or reach out to your Relay rep if you did not receive a registration link)
Here is a tutorial for the team, and your Relay delivery zone which is reflected in your dashboard settings under "Order Tracking" as well.
Within this Relay dashboard, your orders will flow in automatically. You just need to mark them "ready" to get a driver to arrive within 5min. You can also manually enter phone calls (and website orders) with the top right 'new order' button if you wish.
For live order issues, please message our team via the dashboard by clicking on an order and hitting "send a message about this order" in green or using the top left chat bubbles.

Please NOTE : any changes to your tech stack (change of POS, aggregator, etc.) will likely impact Relay, so please keep us informed if you are planning to make any technological changes to your operations.
