Dear Restaurant Partners,

As you may be aware, the Annual St Patrick’s Day Parade will be held today on Monday, March 17th. As a result, there will be street closures in the area where the parade takes palace beginning at 11:00 AM and lasting until 4:00 PM. For more information on the parade, please click here.

The route will be closed to all traffic both on the street and for pedestrian crossings. Per information about the Parade, "It steps off at 11 a.m., heading north along Fifth Avenue and running from East 44th Street to East 79th Street in Manhattan". Please note that if your restaurant is located directly on the route, couriers may be very delayed in their arrival to you and/or delivering to customers in the area. 

As such, we are strongly suggesting increasing your ETAs to manage customer expectations to the maximum amount of time (say, 90 minutes), if you are in the impacted area. 

Once the parade is over, you may revert to your previous delivery zone and ETAs. Please note that this should all only impact you if you are in and around the parade route.
