FAQs

  • Earnings will depend on your city’s hourly rate, and the tips you will be making on completed deliveries. With your hourly rate, discretionary bonuses, and 100% of customer tips, you’ll make on average $20-$35/hour.

  • While delivery zones depend on which city you deliver in, Relay sends you on shorter trips than other apps so you can make more deliveries and customers’ meals stay fresh. Delivery routes are typically within a 2 mile radius.

  • You need to be able to legally work in the USA, and to have your own bicycle, scooter or car.

  • Our vetting process can be completed in as fast as 24 hours. In-app activation depends on our demand for orders in a given market. We will always do our best to have you delivering your first orders with Relay as soon as possible.

  • Yes you can! However, we discourage you from multi-apping while you're working with the Relay app so as to not interfere with your assigned delivery and routes.
